About Us

Yorkshire Rose Teaching Partnership:

Providing High Quality Teaching Training

It is our aim to train the next generation of outstanding teachers in West Yorkshire.

Working in partnership with a range of schools across West Yorkshire, we are committed to providing the highest standard of education for the young people in diverse and relatively disadvantaged urban communities across the region. We strive to transform the lives of both trainee teachers and the students within the schools; we aim to reach beyond ordinary training to help create extraordinary teachers.

At the Yorkshire Rose Teaching Partnership, we pride ourselves on being an equal opportunities ITT provider committed to delivering personalised teacher training to all prospective teachers; we pride ourselves on supporting a diverse and inclusive range of trainees through an individual support package; and we pride ourselves on providing continuous advice, support and contact into the early stages of your teaching career to sustain resilience and well being to ensure that you become the best teacher possible.

If you share our vision for the highest quality education, we want to hear from you. By training through the YRTP, you will be placed in two schools across the partnership and be provided a specially trained mentor in your subject area who will help guide you through each placement. You will also receive bespoke training in our dedicated space at the OFSTED rated Outstanding Batley Girls’ High School from a range of experts across areas from classroom management to digital learning. At the end of a successful year, we will help you celebrate your next steps as you achieve your PGCE and QTS before heading out to begin your career in teaching.
